What We Did:

Having offered our entertainment hire services for many years, we have been lucky enough to build strong relationships with venues across London, meaning that we have the opportunity to attend super exciting events. In this instance, we were approached by a company who was running a promo event in a busy shopping centre and were in need of something that would draw a crowd. They had rented a spot in the shopping centre for a bank holiday weekend to promote their new quirky juice brand, so wanted to ensure that their investment raised as much awareness as possible.

After speaking with the founders of the brand about their goals for the event and the message that they wanted to portray, we recommended that they opted for our digital graffiti wall. This would allow them to not only leave a lasting impression on passersby but also encourage potential customers to interact. We also suggested pairing the graffiti wall with our live printing service as this would allow anyone who created some artwork on the wall to then print their creation onto an item that would give them a keepsake from the event. The client went ahead with both, so we got to work on customising their package.

Due to the nature of the juice brand, we thought that printing graffiti wall artwork onto mugs would be a perfect choice, along with postcards for those who wanted something a little simpler. We also worked with the client to design several different templates and stencils, all of which included their logo and images of their juice bottles, again, to ensure that they could boost brand awareness.

On the day of the event, a member of the Harry & Edge team travelled to the shopping centre to set up the digital graffiti wall. As the client had opted for live printing, we also stayed for the duration of the event for all three days to ensure that everything ran smoothly. It’s fair to say that the entertainment went down a storm and we had crowds of shoppers queuing to try their hand at the graffiti wall. We also had an extra special visit from a furry friend, which you can see in the photos below!
